I remember this show well, and the adorable cutesy anime style is probably a large influence on my art style today... 
Here we have a pair of cute little Cardcaptor Sakura wings, commissioned for - you guessed it! - a Cardcaptor Sakura cosplay! They were made with an adaptable harness, which we use on all of our smaller wings (4 feet and under) Its explained in detail here pinkpoudo.tumblr.com/aboutwing… and can be worn under or over clothes, or all by itself!
They were cut of stiff felt and weigh practically nothing, certainly under a pound. They are iron-able and poseable, and fun to wear!
